German Mechanic

German Mechanic is a character in the Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. He was a very strong, muscular man who fought Indiana Jones when he tried to steal an airplane from the nazis. The mechanich died horridly when he was blindsided by a propeller on the airplane.

In Lego Indiana Jones

German Mechanic appears in Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures as an enemy boss at the end of the level Pursuing the Ark. He was a lot stronger than Indy as he wasn't hurt at all from Indy's punches so Indy had to pick up an anvil that the mechanic would punch, hurting his hand. He died like in the film by being blindsided by one of the plane's propellers but he is only decapitated and doesn't seem to die as he is seen running after his head after it's been chopped off. Like Indy, he has special attacks he can use which consist of: swinging the character around, and suplexing the character

He can be bought in the library as a playable character after you defeat him in the level Pursuing the Ark for 25,000 studs

Boss Fight

The german mechanic is fought at the end of Pursuing the ark. He can't be hurt by punches so the only way that Indy can hurt him is by picking up an anvil which he will punch automatically after it's been picked up. After it's been destroyed by the mechanic, a car full of nazi soldiers will come to help him. After they've been defeated, use the airplane to blow their car up. Indy will be able to build a new anvil from the remains of it. Do this one more time and the German Mechanic will be defeated. If Indy has low health during the fight, he can just step out of the big ring that the airplane is in the middle of because the Mechanic can't step out of it.
